Cal Anderson Park
Cal Anderson Park is a public park located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. It was named after former Washington state senator and LGBT rights activist Cal Anderson. The park covers approximately 11 acres and features a number of amenities, including a wading pool, a playground, a basketball court, a skate park, and a number of lawns and gardens. The park also has several public art installations, including a large sundial and a number of sculptures. In addition to providing recreational opportunities for the community, Cal Anderson Park also hosts a range of events and activities, such as concerts, festivals, and farmers' markets.
