The evergreen landscapes of the Pacifc Northwest lured adventures, entrepreuners and American settles alike in the past few centuries. Among these are the stories ofpioneers of Asian-Pacifc descent, who persisted through challenges of natural disasters, racial discrimination and violence, and the everyday hardships of navigating new territory. This exhibition highlights early Asian-Pacific trailblazers and the Pacific Northwest sites important to this history.
