It's the Seattle Children's Museum's 2nd annual Costume Canival! It's free, safe and indoors for kids 10 and under this Halloween. Silly spooky storytimes, scavenger hunts, trick or treating booths, and a 'not-so scary' haunted mountain. Help out and bring a gently used item for donations.
