From the town of Lake Forest Park, "The Pet Parade will start at City Hall and end at Animal Acres Park where there will be prizes for best costumes, music, giveaways, booths for you and your pet to enjoy, and food trucks! The parade line up starts at 9:15 AM at City Hall. Marching will begin at 10 AM to Animal Acres Park for the Community Celebration till 1 PM."
