You have to buy tickets ahead of time for these tours, there are three ninety minute tours daily, and you should arrive at CenturyLink's pro shop at least 30 minutes before your tour time. If you can successfully do all three then you'll get a behind the scenes of where the Seahawks and Sounders play. You will get to see the Helmet Wall, Field, Home Interview Room, Visiting Locker Room, “12” Flag Pole, Verizon Lounge, a Suite, Press Box, the Wall of Legends and the Super Bowl XLVIII Numbers. Wow!
