Welcome the Year of the Dog at the Seattle Center. The first Festal of 2018 celebrates the Vietnamese Lunar New Year. This is a two-day weekend event and it's free to attend. The Armory will host a number of hands on activities, crafts, games, and the opportunity to buy crafts and food. And although the official Tet New Year date is Feb 16th, it's still okay to celebrate today!
