The actual event takes place on Green Lake, but the library is a good place to walk from. Watch as local folks take their milk cartons and create colorful boats of all kinds - the racing categories are kids 8-13, adults 14 and up, and family and kids up to 13. Check out the exhibits, food vendors and more. And remember, everyone's a winner. Especially those who don't take a drink of Green Lake.
