The Asian Art Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday. The Museum is located in Seattle' Volunteer Park, and the grounds around the museum are also a destination. The Museum displays a diverse collection of Asian art, and frequently features special exhibits. There is a really great kids room at the museum where arts and crafts are readily available for children to enjoy. The exhibit rooms do tend to require 'hands off' and 'quiet voices', but if your kids can comply with those two rules - they should have a good time here. When you're outside, make sure to visit the two stone camel sculptures, kids love climbing aboard those.
