It's April, which means the tulips are in bloom. All throughout the Skagit Valley are fun activites and beautiful drives. The festival itself takes place around Mount Vernon, La Conner, and Conway via farms, businesses, and tulip festivals. Note, if this is a nice weekend then get up to the Skagit Valley early, I-5 and the surrounding roads can be extremely conjested.
