Watch as high school aged teams compete to build the best Hand Carried Float Contest and then preform with their float between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. The top five teams will advance to the finals for cash prizes for their organization. Get a great seat to enjoy the free Festival Finale between 7:00 and 10:00 p.m. Five high quality international acts will perform that will entertain all ages. Between the acts the the finals of the float contest will conclude with you the audience deciding who finishes first.
