The parade route is down 4th Avenue in Downtown Seattle ending at Seattle Center. Join the St. Patrick's day fun! In fact, "individuals or small groups of individuals, with an Irish connection or not (and everybody is Irish on St. Patrick's Day!) are invited to march in the Parade without any pre-registration." Just don't bring any signs or banners without pre-approval.
